After learning that large groups of women were apt to refrain from voting in the 2012 Presidential election, Merv wrote this song with legendary recording artists and writers Patti Austin, Siedah Garrett, and Brenda Russell in an effort to inspire such women to exercise their right to vote.
Merv produced and arranged the song for The L.O.V.E Project, which was spearheaded by Julie Bergman Sender and Stuart Sender, and quite a cast of talented artists joined the writers for the recording session and the video.
